I am grieving for COTR! I live in London and have yet to find anything near the quality of shoes stocked by you. We’re surrounded by trendy but painful shoes, rather than unique and soulful. I wondered whether you knew of a sister store or stockists in the UK?

We think there is a store called The Natural Shoe shop in Covent Garden which might stock similiar brands and have a similar philosophy. They have Birkenstock, Trippen and el naturalista.

Tables are up – one with all our size 42s and up and another with 35 and under. Here’s some photos. Think! Beautifeel, Reiker. Have to confess – there are is a bigger range in the bigger sizes. it’s not a conspiracy, I just think people don’t know we have them unless they are brave enough to ask.

Buy one pair of shoes and get a second pair for half price

So……Even though we had a bleak, wintery week last week, summer is just around the corner. Want to know how we know?

We know because the first of our summer shoes have started to arrive – and we can tell you – its going to be a great summer.

But…. we need to move our winter stock so here’s the plan Sally has come up with.

Buy one pair of shoes and get a second pair for half price

Yay!!

So that we don’t go completely broke, the deal is that whichever is the cheaper pair of the two you choose will be the one that is half price. There aren’t any tricky asterixes or anything – the offer is valid for all shoes other than Birkenstocks and Clarkes (which are are new stock already)

Christmas in July is coming to our Sydney store!

How cool is this? The Rozelle Balmain Chamber of commerce is holding a Christmas in July celebration next weekend. There will be lots of cool activities and even an iceskating rink.

And as if that’s not fun enough, Sally will be in our Sydney store. So for all you Sydneysiders, come on in a check us out!

What can we say? We love Camper and we want you to love them too. So here’s our proposal: Buy any Camper (boots, shoes, anything) in  the next 7 days and we’ll give you a $50.00 voucher to spend next time you come in. That means $50 off any shoes in the store and that includes our new summer range that is due in within weeks. The vouchers are valid for 6 months on any shoes in store and yes that includes the summer El Naturalistas and Thinks!

Finally – it’s time to find out who you thought did the best window display

So – we got a bit distracted by the sale but now we really, really want to hear from you. If you remember all our staff got a chance to do their very best window display and we need you to tell us which one you like the most.

The prize for the winner is big. Really big.

The winner as judged by you gets a half day off work and 2 tickets to the movie of their choice to go and watch. Pretty cool hey?!

So just to remind everyone, here’s  a rundown of who did what.

First off there was Nina’s display – “puzzled?”

Then there was Hannah’s display titled “Relive your childhood fantasies”

Then came mine which was “Don’t wait until you get old to wear purple shoes”

And then finally… Annie’s which was  ”Feel the earth with Five Fingers”

So now it’s time for you to vote… Over to you.

We always love feedback – especially when it is this good!

Hello Everyone
I bought two pair of shoes from you a month or so ago.  One for walking and
one with high heels.  My husband was sick and tired of me whining about my
feet.
We have just returned from 3 weeks in New Zealand – loads of walking in both
pairs and not one tiny whine during the trip!!
So I thought I would just say thank you from the bottom of my feet.

I visited your store for the first time on my first trip to Brisbane last year, and I fell in love with a pair of orange boots, which I bought.  I live in Melbourne, and I do envy the folks in Brisbane and Sydney, as you have stores over there.  Just wondering if you are planning to open a store in Melbourne, as I really love your shoes.

We are closed for stocktake on Tuesday 1 June

After the frenzy of the sale, we are closing for the whole day on Tuesday June 1 to count our stock (see we told you the stocktake sale was real) and change over our stock control system. We have thousands and thousands of items to count and input and we just couldn’t do it all out of hours.We are hoping that the Roman God  of computer systems (who was that again?) smiles on us.

So we apologise in advance for any troubles this causes and we’ll reopen for business with a sparkling clean stock stystem 9.30 Wednesday morning.
