FitFlop

Get a workout while you walk™

FitFlop first became available to the public in May 2007, after a personal trainer and serial entrepreneur found herself feeling desperate to keep in shape. She recruited two biomechanics from the London South Bank University (LSBU), Dr David Cook and Darren James. Together, they created the Microwobbleboard ™ Toning Technology, and after years of research and prototype testing, the FitFlop sandal was finally created.

The way that FitFlop shoes have been engineered, when wearing they can help:

  • leg and muscle activity
  • absorb more shock than a normal shoe
  • realign ground force reaction closer to your joints
  • reduce foot pressure
