Aetrex are right up there as one of our most popular shoes. They provide great support and comfort, and still manage to look stylish.
Of course it helps that Sally loves them. There is no better sales technique than to actually believe in your product. Here’s what appeals to her about the brand:
“One of the great benefits of Aetrex is the fact they use an old fashioned concept of a sole unit, which has two densities. The lighter colour is made of a material that is very tough. The second, darker colour is still strong but more flexible which allows the shoe to bend and your foot to push forward properly.”
Perhaps more importantly, there is a little wedge called a Thomas heel on the medial (inside) of the heel, stopping the shoe from “rolling in” when walking.
Aetrex have released a new range, called Berries. They have a four-way-stretch material which conforms to all shapes of feet; which is perfect for those who suffer from bunions and hammer toes. The clogs are perfect for a “first thing in the morning shoe”, as they are easy to slip on and off, and protect your feet from the shock of a cold tile in the early hours.
