For years, the majority of comfortable shoes were sold with a flat bottom and a casual-looking design for lasts and uppers. Women who appreciated well-fitted, comfortable shoes were forced to compromise beauty for the sake of comfort.

There were a few manufacturers who made shoes that were comfortable and stylish, but no one had yet created an entire line based on the concept of “Dressy Comfort.”

In my business visits to the USA, I saw this void in the market place and that got me thinking. What if I could make dress shoes that are both comfortable and stylish?… So I got to work and never looked back.

I established BeautiFeel in 1990 out of a profound conviction that women deserve shoes that feel as beautiful as they look – for any time of the day or evening, in any season, for any occasion. BeautiFeel women do not have to compromise – they can have the best of both worlds. They can wear well-fitted, comfortable shoes and still look elegant.
